The casement windows with visible sash from the Schüco AWS platform are an aluminum solution designed to combine essential aesthetics, everyday living comfort, and reliable long-term performance. Thanks to linear profiles and a sober, contemporary design, these systems enhance natural light and integrate easily both in residential projects and commercial buildings, making them suitable for both new constructions and renovation projects.
The “visible sash” concept ensures an ideal balance between clean lines and functionality, offering an orderly and uniform appearance of the openings. The wide range of available configurations makes it possible to create single windows, ribbon windows, and façade insert elements, with multiple opening types to meet architectural and everyday-use requirements.
In addition to aesthetic impact, the system is developed to guarantee high standards of comfort and safety. Air, driving rain and wind tightness performance, combined with the possibility of integrating concealed fittings and automation solutions, allows advanced design requirements to be met without giving up simplicity of management and maintenance. The result is a solid, durable, and highly customizable window, with high-quality finishes (powder coating, anodizing or lacquering) and compatibility with triple glazing for superior performance.
Within this category, we work with two main variants — AWS 65 and AWS 75.SI+ — which share the same design philosophy but differ in insulation levels and glass integration capacity, in order to offer the most suitable solution depending on the energy efficiency and comfort targets required by the project.
