The SLIM series partition walls revolutionize the concept of mobile office partitioning, traditionally based on a steel grid structure (uprights and crossbeams) onto which solid or glazed panels are attached. In contrast, SLIM walls are composed of a structure made of extruded aluminum profiles fixed to the floor, ceiling, and side walls, supporting a glass panel that acts as a true frame. The main feature of this product is its exceptional transparency, reaching levels not possible with other types of partition walls. This is achieved by replacing vertical uprights with transparent polycarbonate joints or slim aluminum profiles only 6 mm thick, positioned between adjacent glass panels—without compromising the mechanical strength of the system. Even during the design phase, this wall stands apart. While traditional partitions rely on repeated modular elements, SLIM walls adapt each time to the geometry of the rooms where they are installed, fully embracing the concept of custom-made design.
Transparency is achieved using 5+5 mm or 6+6 mm laminated glass sheets with a 0.38 mm PVB safety interlayer.
For privacy needs, etched, striped sandblasted, or screen-printed glass sheets can be used, allowing light to pass through while offering customization options.
The vertical junction between glass panels is achieved through 3 mm transparent polycarbonate profiles with an acrylic adhesive for perfect bonding, or through slim aluminum profiles (acchini) only 6 mm thick.
The SLIM series includes doors with:
The finishes chosen for the partition can be matched on the doors, ensuring overall aesthetic consistency.
Solid doors can be honeycomb or solid melamine, with a thickness of 40 mm and a 3 mm aluminum or ABS edge.
Glazed doors are made of 10 mm tempered safety glass, transparent or etched, with a 40 mm aluminum perimeter frame.
Light switches and electrical outlets can be installed on the door frames.
