Smart 85 Series
The SMART partition wall represents the evolution of the single-glass partition system, based on a structure of extruded aluminum profiles fixed to the floor, ceiling, and side walls, which support a glass panel acting as a true frame. Compared to the classic single-glass system, the added value lies in the possibility of installing double glazing as the wall infill, significantly enhancing acoustic and structural performance while maintaining unchanged transparency levels.
Free from standard modular dimensions, SMART 85 allows the creation of any interior configuration, adapting to all spatial requirements.
The main structure of the wall consists of a perimetral telescopic system made of two extruded aluminum profiles designed to absorb possible level variations. The main profile can accommodate 10- or 12-mm glass on both sides (SMART D85), 10 or 12 mm glass on one side only (SMART M85 One Side), a single central glass panel (SMART M85).
The glass panels are secured to the structure by means of a safety accessory: an additional extruded aluminum profile snap-fitted onto the main one, which also serves as the finishing element. The vertical joint between glass panels is made using transparent polycarbonate joints or slim aluminum profiles only 6 mm thick, ensuring perfect surface coplanarity while preserving the wall’s acoustic performance.

- VISUAL PRIVACY:
To achieve adequate visual privacy, etched glass, striped sandblasted glass, or custom screen-printed glass can be used, allowing product customization without compromising the elegance and lightness of the partition. Using the same structure, it is also possible to install solid panels alternating with glass sections, maintaining overall aesthetic uniformity. The solid panels are made of 16 mm thick laminated wood-based panels, available in solid colors or wood-effect melamine finishes. The high flexibility of the structure allows for vertical or horizontal panel layouts. - ACOUSTIC PRIVACY:
The option to install double glazing as the wall infill significantly enhances the acoustic performance of the partition.
Within the cavity created between the two solid infill panels, the SMART wall allows the insertion of insulating materials, further improving sound insulation.
In all critical points—such as profile junctions or aluminum-to-glass interfaces—special rubber gaskets are provided to prevent noise transmission.
The SMART series is completed by doors with aluminum door frames, double stop gaskets on three sides, solid or glazed door leaves, lever handle, and lock with European-profile cylinder. The finishes chosen for the partition walls can also be applied to the doors, creating overall aesthetic uniformity.
The solid door leaves can be honeycomb or solid melamine panels with aluminum edge. The glazed door leaves are composed of coplanar double tempered glass panels, 6 mm and 8 mm thick, housed within an extruded aluminum profile.
For high acoustic requirements, the lower door leaf profile has been designed to allow the installation of a floor-mounted drop-down seal (“guillotine”). For the SMART M85, a second type of door leaf is also available, consisting of 10 mm thick tempered safety glass, transparent or etched, with a 40 mm thick aluminum edge. Light switches and electrical outlets can be installed on the door frames.
