The G300 all-glass railing by BT GLASS is a mechanically adjustable system that allows easy management of the glass alignment and flatness.
The adjustment system consists of an innovative adjustable register and a counter-thrust wedge system that ensures secure locking with a high aesthetic value.
The BT GLASS G300 glass balustrade profile, equipped with the patented Jolly Pack locking and adjustment system, has been designed to easily adjust the angle between the two faces of the glass panel.
Jolly Pack adapts perfectly both to the aluminum profile surface and to the glass surface, maintaining a firm grip regardless of the panel inclination, while providing—at equal dimensions—a significantly higher clamping force than any other system. In addition, the patented “petal” gasket, positioned along the entire length of the profile, distributes pressure evenly under load and allows minimal and precise adjustments. The profiles are extruded in aluminum alloy 6063 T66 and can be installed, depending on requirements and intended use, above floor level or recessed.
- FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES
- The adjustment of the railing glass, possible even by just 2°, is guaranteed by the alignment system.
- The inclination can be adjusted with an Allen key, without any invasive operations.
- The system glass has a thickness of 10+10 with PVB 1.52, tempered and heat-strengthened.
- Minimum glass dimensions: L 980 mm, H 1085 mm.
- Anti-infiltration gaskets pressed into the dedicated groove.
- To ensure resistance against load, the railing profile must be fixed onto reinforced concrete, respecting the drilling pattern already made on the balustrade.
- The profiles, extruded in aluminum alloy 6063 T66, can be installed—depending on request and intended use—above floor level or recessed.
- The profiles are certified according to the following standards:
- UNI 11678:2017 – “Glass for construction – Glass cladding elements with anti-fall function – Resistance to linear static load and dynamic load – Test methods”;
- Italian Ministry of Infrastructure Decree 15/01/2008 – “Technical standards for construction”, published in the Official Gazette No. 29 of 04/01/2008 – General Series, limited to test loads.
